So excited to not be in a car, an airplane, or a stroller!

Jaxen did NOT like the mouse. The mouse came to say "Hi", and Jaxen immediately blew him a kiss so he'd go away!

Jesika started at the stairs, Jaron started at the slide. She said, "let's race", and it was on! I believe "Chuck-E-Cheese" is for the little kids, guys.

Here they are crossing paths in their race.

And, the winner is...Jaron!

Jesika was really tired because she didn't realize until Jaron was half-way through that they really were racing. She booked it through the maze.

They each enjoyed pushing....

but not necessarily being pushed.

HA! Silly Chris, you can't work with two kids around! He was very gracious and we appreciate him sacrificing for us.

Peek-A-Boo

Peek-A-Boo

Our festive Valentine's Dinner table. More than we would have done at home, thanks, Jes!
Okay, so I love to cook. I watch the Food Network, and get recipes from them, love it! There's a show called, "Diner's Drive-In's and Dives". Guy Fieri goes around the US to different restaurants that have been recommended by the locals. We love to see the different states, learn about them, and the awesome things people are doing with food.

Matt's Big Breakfast is one of the places featured. It just so happens to be near Jesika. SO, we had to go check it out. Big name, long wait, and TINY place.

Jaron took the kids on many walks during our like 2 hour wait. No joke. Why didn't we just leave? Well, it was a nice day, people were being called in, we'd come so far, we had to try the food. Then, we found out they do take-out! Definitely a take-out joint, and not a sit down one. Especially when you have 6 people in your group! It was in an old part of town right next to a really old hotel. We got a kick out of the "color TV" sign hanging from the hotel's 1970's marquee.

Notice how TINY the building is? Yeah, I counted the people seated inside and there were, 30!

The poor kids, they ate lot's of treats I had stashed in the diaper bag. Poor Chris, he'd left work, waited with us, left before us, and we felt so badly. As to the food, it wasn't spectacular, and it wasn't bad. But, it is definitely a take-out place because of it's size, and it's good food.
I love that in the last picture Jes and Alexa both look like they are cold. Jes cause she is holding her arms and Alexa cause of the obvious coat. But Heidi and Jaxen look as comfortable as can be!
